Following the Ile-Verte tragedy, the Québec government adopt on June 13, 2015 a ruling to oblige sprinklers installation in private seniors’ residences. Further more, on December 2, 2015 they establish the rule to acheive this goal and establish a Financial Help program administrated by Santé et Services sociaux du Québec.
